Baseline testing for individualized set-up:

   

      *Metabolic Analysis/Body Composition (FDA Approved and accurate)

      *Blood Panel Analysis (This is an insurance-accepted service)

      *Health Risk Analysis (Family History, Social History, and

       Habits questionnaire) 

     

*Creating your program:

 

*Build Meal Plan (Whole Foods Exchanges)

             - Comprehensive Food Guide and Cookbook provided

             - We build each person a daily meal plan template tailored to the

                health and fitness goals set during the initial set-up appointment.

             - Meal plan built to be flexible for food preferences

             - Learn to utilize foods in your grocery store for your health

             - Easy to follow as a family or couple doing this together

             - No calorie counting

 *Continuing Nutritional support and counseling throughout the year

 *Evaluation of current supplementation or supplementation needs

        if applicable (the purchase of supplements is not required)

     

*Customized Cooking Class (This is done in a group setting)

            

             - We provide food, supplies, and facility for event

             - A 2-hour cooking class provided with limited booking capacity

                         to provide a more individualized experience.

             - Cooking instruction built around our cook book recipes and built

               to complement your Meal Plan template for your programming

             - Whole Foods focus on seasonings, spices, and bulk preparation

 

*Exercise Prescription based on the most current and up-to-date medical and

       fitness guidelines put in place by the American Medical Association (AMA)

       and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

      

            - Work one-on-one with your instructor

            - Your program is tailored to your individual health needs and physical

               condition.

            - We provide the exercise facility for training/instruction at no additional

               cost while you are working with your exercise instructor

                - We train people to execute any type of exercise

               program whether it be at-home based or fitness center based or a

               combination of both.

            - We teach our participants the most efficient and effective techniques

               to achieve physical fitness, health, and a strong body for a lifetime

            - Many of our participants have memberships to other fitness centers 

              and utilize our trainers/instructors

 

 *Metabolic Analysis continuance and case study: 

           
- Metabolic testing @ 30-35 day intervals for program duration

            - Track and monitor progress and make adjustments when needed

            - Work with Medical Director and/or Family Physician/Specialist

              to monitor, change, or reduce medications when possible

    

 *Distance learning education course 

          *Online Health Account

           - Meal Plan

           - Exercise Prescription

           - Food lists for all food groups

           - Track progress and view past and current results

           

          *Daily Education Emails

           - Each participant receives 4 to 5 emails a week

           - 8 to10 min. readings based on your individualized testing results

             and risk factors

 

These lessons are simple but educate on the most current research, trusted science, and are tailored to your individual program.
