Our Fitness Centers

All of our participants and patients of our clinics enjoy free or discounted access to these 24 hour fitness centers. We utilize these centers as Personal Training studios and education centers. Our participants are not required to have memberships at these centers to go through our programs but do recieve free or discounted access as PHS patients.    Des Moines- 42nd Street and University Ave. (Uptown Shopping Center)
