The science we utilize is simple, yet groundbreaking in the Medical community. The body has an inate and natural ability to correct its own problems and balance. The only part we have to play is providing our bodies with the proper tools and resources to do the problem solving, protecting, and balancing. As complex as the human body is (and we have only scratched the surface with the most recent progressing science), the principles that keep us "well" and without illness are very simple:
* The body needs fuel, the right fuel, and any program the wants to drastically reduce caloric intake and nutritional intake does not respect this foundational and fundamental principle
* Starving the human body or greatly reducing calories, similar to bariatrics, jeopardizes the body's ability to protect it's health, compromises strength and lean tissue, and greatly reduce metabolic rate
* You have the power and control to speed up your metabolism, bulid strength and recover from pain, and empower your body's ability to prevent disease or reverse disease processes all together. Do we have you thinking yet?
* The body needs to be addressed as a "whole" to attain true change in health and obtaining optimum quality of life. Efforts to address diet alone without exercise or exercise alone without dietary chage or manage a health problem without consideration for the body's dependance on each of these lifestyle-based components will never work as well as an approach that takes all these things into consideration together. We educate people how to use all of these things to get fast, effective results
*We will never succeed at changing anything without a clear plan, an understaning of why and how that plan works, and a persistance of application and dedication to lifestyle change and knowledge to carry it out on our own
